FAQ's

Payments Accepted: 

All major Credit Cards and Pay Pal are accepted. Payments will take approximately 2-3 days to clear. Once payments are cleared, we will begin shipping your products!

Shipping:

Girl Craze will ship your items once payments has been cleared.  You will receive a tracking number via e-mail or text so that you are able to track your order(s)  All order(s) will be processed between 1-5 business and shipped within 7 business.  (Excluding weekends and holidays)  

Exchanges:

All Girl Craze item(s) are Non-Refundable.  However, we will apply your refund to a gift card.  If you would like to return your item(s), all item(s) must be returned with all of the original tag(s) attached.  All Girl Craze item(s) will be inspected for quality.  After the item(s) have been carefully inspected, we will send you a Gift Card Exchange Number.  This number will be used to purchase a new item(s), including shipping fees.

Please be mindful that if the quality of the item(s) are found to have been worn/damaged; even with the tag(s) attached Girl Craze will not  be able to refund your item(s). 

FYI: There are no returns WHATSOEVER on intimates, bodysuits or swimwear. Federal Law prohibits the return of any intimates or undergarments. 

Returns:

When returning your item(s) Girl Craze will not be responsible for any shipping cost.  Girl Craze suggest that you use a reliable mailing company when returning your item(s) for we are not responsible for any lost or stolen item(s) that are being returned.
